The Silliman University Council of Student Organizations is probably one of the most corrupt and dishonest student councils in Silliman University and Tomas Alvin Timbancaya, commonly known as ‘Dok’, is probably one of the most corrupt and deceitful people in the world of Silliman University student organizations. He was president of the KamiZeta fraternity and sorority for three years, and was the chair of the Silliman University Council of Student Organizations twice and has continued being with CSO for several years. Why?
As chair of CSO, he was involved with several manipulations especially in the evaluation for Silliman University’s Top 10 campus organizations. As officer of Kamizeta, he faked several activities not really performed by members of Kamizeta so that the fraternity will belong to the Top 10. One of the controversial activities organized mainly by ‘Dok’ but credited to Kamizeta are the monthly party at El Camino that involves heavy drinking, smoking and wild partying. I attended several of these activities to investigate what Kamizeta members really do during this 'So-called' their fraternity activity. Most of the time, the members did nothing that we can be proud of. What I saw are either members just partying around or members holding a drinking hose and calling someone to drink the beer. Moreover, he was able to maintain power over CSO by ‘secretly appointing or recommending’ CSO officers and members from the Kamizeta fraternity or from one of his circle of friends and would announce that a ‘democratic election’ happened when it really did not. And even if his term has expired, he still goes in the CSO office basically as an ‘insider’ and with the aim of doing whatever as long as he can put Kamizeta on top 10 and take deals with other campus organizations that are very desperate to get it to Top 10 regardless of how dark the means are.
In 2010, a member of Kamizeta was again placed as CSO chair named June Vincent Manuel Gaudan, commonly known as Wikz. As chair, he formed an alliance among 'chosen' fraternities and sororities in Silliman University and formed a unity they called ‘MAFIA’ and the goal is to put their fraternities on top 10 and the methods are similar to the “real Italian MAFIA’s dirty laundering” – the methods are basically dirty and under the table. As an insider, I stand as whistle-blower and witness that decisions among several of the CSO people are politically motivated. One of the plans of Wikz, Doc and leaders of fraternities and sororities is to eliminate other organizations from the Top 10, especially the socio-civic ones and the academic groups. I am also a witness of the dishonorable plans of fraternities and sororities belonging to the MAFIA unity such as its politically motivated goal to eliminate the "Ang Sandigan" student organization that is connected to the CAUSE Party. As I further investigated, Dok was a frustrated member of the CAUSE party who then transferred sides with the SURE Party. Dok is very influential to Wikz and Wikz' helped promote to other fraternities and sororities' to stand against CAUSE Party. This is frustrating because CSO should not be political, it affects other organizations. I also admit several of the fraternities and sororities belonging to the MAFIA Unity faked several activities , made lies and biased decisions regarding the evaluation of the Top 10 campus organizations.
Moreover, I also stand as witness that one of the objectives of Wikz, Dok and several other fraternities and sororities belonging to the MAFIA Unity is to pass on the position of the CSO Chairperson to members of those fraternities and sororities belonging in their 'MAFIA circle' with the pledge to each other that Fraternities and sororities who are a part of the 'MAFIA unity' will be on top 10. This 2011, a number of fraternities and sororities that barely had any activity, whom the presidents' are Wikz’ and Doks' closest friends and are a part of the MAFIA unity was able to get to top 10 under questionable circumstances - these fraternities and sororities are Aces and Lilies, Amicitas, Alpha Sigma Phi and Omicronian Society. It is obvious! Look at the results, almost everything on top 10 are fraternities and sororities that are a part of the MAFIA Unity. Based on private investigation, Omicronian Society and Alpha Sigma Phi barely reached 2-5 members during activities but how did they make it to the top 10? How? Also, Wikz announced that leaders of campus organizations had 'democratically elected a new chairperson for CSO' but the truth was found out. The fraternities and sororities that were informed about the election were only those belonging to the 'MAFIA Unity'. In fact, it was not really an election - it was an appointment in exchange to 'We will make your fraternity and sorority in the Top 10 and we will make you chairperson of CSO but put our fraternity and sorority on Top 10 again next year'.
It is not surprising to know that the CSO MAFIA 'appointed' CSO chairperson's fraternity and sorority, the Aces and Lilies, was listed in the Top 10 list this year. This is obviously ill-gotten. As an investigator and insider, I am very sure of what activities they organized last year. Good thing that several other campus organizations complained and reported that they were not informed of any election and the position of Aaron Galvez, member of Aces and Lilies Fraternity and Sorority and a part of the MAFIA unity, was appointed CSO chairperson by Wikz and several others who belonged in the unity. Good thing that the lies and deceit was caught but can we solve it? When can we replace the 'Ill-gotten appointed CSO chair' with a duly and honestly elected CSO chair? Such lies and deceit practiced by leaders of Kamizeta and fraternitues and sororities belonging to the MAFIA unity! What a shame!

How did I know this? I was an insider doing secret observations and investigations of the lies and deceits happening inside SU CSO. All I want to expose is the truth and there are more truths that will come out soon!
